Librederm Return Policy

These Return Terms (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the procedure and conditions for the return of goods provided by Librederm (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), a company registered and operating in accordance with the legislation of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

 1. General Provisions

1.1 The Return Terms are an integral part of agreements and arrangements concluded between the Seller and the Buyer concerning the return of goods.
1.2 The Buyer confirms their agreement with the Return Terms by placing an order on the Seller's website.

2. Prohibited Items for Return

2.1 The Seller does not accept the following categories of goods for return:

- Face and body creams
- Lotions
- Body milk
- Scrubs
- Face masks
- Shampoos and conditioners
- Soap
- Shower gels
- Deodorants
- Perfumes and eau de toilette
- Makeup (foundations, lipsticks, mascara, eyeshadows, blush, etc.)
- Nail care products (nail polishes, polish removers, strengthening treatments, etc.)
- Sunscreen products
- Shaving and aftershave products
- Lip balms
- Hair care products (masks, serums, oils, etc.)
- Anti-aging products
- Hair removal products

3. Return Procedure

3.1 The Buyer has the right to return goods within 15 days from the moment of receiving the order.
3.2 The moment of receiving the order is considered to be when the status "Delivered" or its equivalent is assigned, as tracked through the order's tracking number.
3.3 The return of goods is possible only under the condition that the item has not been used, shows no signs of wear and tear or damage to the packaging, and its original appearance is maintained.
3.4 Items eligible for return must be packaged in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
3.5 In case of issues with items having a warranty certificate, the Buyer must contact the brand's service center according to the brand's policy. The Seller does not accept such items for return.

4. Refund Process

4.1 In the event of a successful return, the cost of the goods will be refunded to the Buyer using the same payment method that was used for the original payment.
4.2 After processing the return, it may take up to 14 business days for the funds to be returned to the Buyer using the same payment method that was used for the original payment.

 5. Liability

5.1 The Seller is not responsible for possible changes in the quality of goods during delivery by Carrier.
5.2 The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return if the Buyer violates the Return Policy.

7. Final Provisions

7.1 These Return Terms remain in effect until changed by the Seller. The Buyer agrees to the Return Terms when making payment for the Seller's goods.
